Nouma is made for that hour.

It’s a rooftop in the Aravallis where the sun goes down in front of you, the fire is lit, and the first drink arrives before you’ve settled in. The kitchen cooks food from across the world, made to be shared. The bar pours drinks with personality. The music starts low and grows with the room.

We didn’t want a place where you check the time. We wanted one where the evening just carries on, from the first cocktail to the last conversation.

Food meant for the table, rooted in the warmth of wood-fire cooking, with bold flavours and familiar comforts. Nothing too formal or rushed just good food, made for sharing and served at its best.
